In this episode, Noel Salas and friends put the JS "Flame Fish" Groveler surfboard through the paces. He starts out riding his stock 5'2 in some SoCal waves with the Surf n' Show Pivot Twin + Trailer. He thought the speed was legit even with the super flat low rocker and wide tail. Noel also rides the "Flame Fish" at Waco, however, his Surf n' Show Quad set up was actually his favorite. This board goes well in small waves where speed, drive and high-performance turns were no problem. Ian Wooly of Wooly TV rides it as a Thruster and Quad in some head-high and smaller waves in Australia where he thought the "Flame Fish" was awesome. While Asa Cascavilla wasn't convinced this board would go well, watch to see how it changed his mind. "Easy to catch waves, good rail to rail drive with lots of speed. Also, 360s and tail slides were no problem," he said. Find out how this board would work for you with some tips from Noel. Enjoy!
